Sun Country Homes has developed home design and feature packages that make sense to our clients and compliment their lifestyles.  Features such as fully developed basements, better insulation, decks and triple pane Low E argon gas filled windows.  Though most builders consider such upgrades to be chargeable items, Sun Country Homes has made these features, and others, components of our standard packages.

Sun Country Homes maintains an in-house design professional, which in turn allows us to make customer directed changes to projects in a very timely and efficient manner.  As an upscale custom home builder, we are very willing to accommodate each of our customer’s specific needs.  After all, it’s your dream home and we’re here to help make that happen.

Despite the brisk residential real estate construction market, Sun Country Homes’ standard delivery time is between 6-8 months.  From the design phase to construction on through to completion, Sun Country Homes works diligently to ensure project progress and continuity through each phase of work.  We are able to deliver homes to our customers in an efficient manner because we have developed and maintain very good relationships with quality trades people, suppliers and sub-contractors.  They in turn ensure that their products and personnel represent the standard of excellence that Sun Country Homes has become renowned for.
